The Celebrate Petworth Festival starts at 11am on Saturday, September 25, 2021. It\'s a day full of music, food, games, local history, children’s activities, and more!\ \ • 50+ vendors and exhibitors, including local artisans and community organizations. Plus, Skate Instruction will be holding FREE “Learn to Skate” clinics for all ages at their booth throughout the day. \ • Taste of Petworth zone, featuring 6 local restaurants \ • Kids Zone: Join us for a full day of activities & programming specifically for kids!\ • Live music on the main stage all day! \ • Share Your Story @ the American University Humanities Truck, a mobile recording studio with a mission to collect, create, interpret, and curate local stories and return them to the communities they originated from. \ • Petworth Oral History Storytelling at Art of Noize (821 Upshur St. NW, Rear, #2), featuring local poets, residents, and local historians
