Books in Bloom Literary Festival returns to Columbia with an in-person experience at Color Burst Park!\ \ About this event\ Books in Bloom is returning to Columbia, MD for its fifth year! Imagined as an extension of Columbia itself and its founder James Rouse\'s vision for a diverse, inclusive, and progressive city, Books in Bloom was born. Since its inception in 2017, the festival has hosted renowned authors, chefs, activists, poets, and more, with interactive programming around salient themes including race, feminism, equality, and culture.
