Bomba Dance Classes

Save the dates and join us to learn the fundamentals of Puerto Rican bomba dance! Have fun and sweat while you learn bomba rhythms, basic steps, piquetes, regional characteristics and history. Each class will include new moves and techniques as we learn multiple rhythms. \ \ Course dates are on Sundays \ September 26th, \ October 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st\ November 7th, 14th, 21st\ December 5th, 12th and 19th\ \ Bomba I (10 years old and older)\ from 1:00pm to 1:55pm U.S. Eastern Time. \ \ Bomba II (Bomba I required, 10 years old and older)\ from 2:00pm to 2:55pm U.S. Eastern Time\ \ You can register for all 11 classes ahead for $110 (Bomba I and Bomba II)\ Each individual class will be $15.\ **Ask for the discounts for students\ \ Semillitas (Children\'s class ages 6 to 9)\ from 3:00pm to 3:40pm\ You can register for all 11 classes ahead for $70\ Each individual class will be $10.\ \ In Person Location - Masks required\ DanceFXBG\ 901 Caroline St\ Fredericksburg, VA 22406\ \ Online via zoom\ \ Once we have received the registration form and payment, we will email the zoom.us link to connect with us for the lesson(s), or we will expect you in the dance studio wearing your mask.\ \ Skirts are not required, but you are welcome to use your own long, full circle skirt.
