Therapeutic Support Group for Teachers (Virtual)
Weekly Zoom Sessions on Thursday Evenings Beginning September 23rd, 6:00 PM 7:15 PM\

Each meeting will feature a topic of interest, and participants are welcome to share and discuss issues that are relevant to them in a safe and supportive environment led by a mental health professional.\

9/30 - Navigating pressure and outside demands\
\
10/7 - Anxiety strategies and mindfulness\
\
10/14 - Navigating stress and preventing burnout\
\
10/21 - Somatic symptoms and sleep hygiene\
\
10/28 - Setting goals for self-care and personal development\
\
The support group will be open to teachers from all levels and fields.\
